At Tekneek Lasering, we take the utmost care to ensure you receive a quality product that meets your expectations and specifications. However, if you have received goods that do not meet your expectations and specifications, including damages during transport, incorrect quantity, color or size, then the following actions MUST be taken within 24 hours of receiving your product:

  • Contacting us by email or phone to inform us of the issue
  • Preparing photos of the product, ideally while it is still in the package

Once we receive your enquiry, we will happily get back to you and resolve the issue with a replacement. We will not be responsible for any damages happening after this 24-hour period. All items must be handled with care.

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Shipping times are indicative only. Please check with us if an item is required for a specific date.

It is always better to order items early, that way if any damage or mistakes occur, we have time to replace the item.

If any item you order turns out to be “out of stock”, you can cancel the order or replace with a similar priced item.

Delays in shipping are not in our control. If any delays in processing, you can cancel your order.

Please inspect your order as soon as you have received it, especially if your order is customised with a specific date for an upcoming event.

If your item is customised for a specific upcoming date and it happens to be damaged or not as described, you must contact us prior to that date. Send us an email with photos. If we cannot supply you another item in your required time, we will gladly refund your money.

For non-personalised items, if the item is damaged, not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, and email us a photo of the damage or issue. We will gladly exchange the item.

Once a customised order has been approved by you, we cannot refund or exchange the item. Please double check any drafts or art work we send you for your approval.

Where applicable, you have 24 from the date of receiving to initiate a return/exchange for non-customised items.
